Alex Kroll undertakes to deliver the product in perfect condition to the address indicated by the customer on the payment page. In order to optimize delivery, we kindly ask the customer to indicate an address where the order can be delivered within normal business hours.

 

  1. SHIPPING COVERAGE
    Alex Kroll ships throughout Spain.
    Orders are shipped and delivered on business days (Monday – Friday – 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM). For security reasons, Alex Kroll will not ship any orders to PO Boxes or military bases, nor will we accept any orders where it is not possible to identify the recipient of the order and their delivery address. Please verify the correct delivery address before placing your order.
  2. SHIPPING COSTS
    The shipping value of the products offered on the website will be calculated according to the weight of the product and the place of delivery and will be added to the price at the time of placing the order.Alex Kroll may on some occasions and due to special offers, promotions and special days, offer free shipping on some or all products. Free shipping will be displayed and applied at the time of purchase.
  3. ORDER PROCESSING TIMES
    Products offered on the website will ship 1 to 3 business days after purchase.
    Note: Order processing times and shipping times differ.
  4. SHIPPING TIMES
    Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s delivery location and will depend on the shipping times established by the corresponding courier companies.
  5. DELAYS
    Alex Kroll is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery of products due to natural or uncontrollable events. In addition, Alex Kroll will not be responsible for delays related to the courier company. Unfortunately, we have no control over these delays. Transit time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or holidays.
  6. UNDELIVERED PACKAGES
    If at the time of delivery, the customer is not at the delivery address or it is not possible to deliver the package to any person in charge, the product must be returned to Alex Kroll or its respective selling user and additional charges may apply for shipping costs to the buyer.
  7. WRONG DELIVERY ADDRESS
    Alex Kroll nor the selling users, will take responsibility for, or make refunds on lost or undelivered packages, due to incorrect shipping addresses, please make sure to provide correct and accurate shipping addresses, at the time of purchase. Returned shipments may incur additional shipping charges to the buyer.
  8. SECURE DELIVERY ADDRESS
    Alex Kroll recommends that buying users provide a safe delivery address, e.g., their home or place of work. Alex Kroll, nor the selling users are responsible for packages lost or stolen due to insecure delivery addresses.
  9. COMPLETED SHIPMENT
    Each delivery is considered completed from the moment Alex Kroll or the relevant Selling User makes the product available to the Buyer, which is materialized through the control system used by the courier company when it changes the order status to “delivered” or “completed”.
  10. DIGITAL PRODUCTS
    Digital products offered through the website are stored in Alex Kroll’s Google Drive account. Upon completion of the payment process for the corresponding digital product, the customer will receive the link with access to the content via Google Drive within 24 hours after completion of the payment process. Users/customers must have a valid Google account to access the digital products stored in Alex Kroll’s Google Drive.
