Gestalt Psychotherapy is one of the principles on which my therapeutic approach is based.
Each person is special and has a unique essence. My work focuses on reaching higher levels of consciousness in order to develop your potential. To carry out this personal self-realization it is important to integrate rejected parts of the personality and conflicts related to the environment.
I consider the human being to be a total organism, in which there should be no division between mind, body and spirit.
In my therapeutic work, I use the body as a means of expressing and experiencing what we are, do and feel.
When to go to a Gestalt Therapy?
At some point in our lives we may encounter situations, feelings and conflicts which cause us discomfort and which we do not know how to manage. In these moments of personal crisis, I can help my clients to face problems such as:
- Low self-esteem
- Panic Attacks
- Relationship and communication difficulties
- Having suffered a loss (death of a loved one, separation, any traumatic event) and being in mourning.
